Interesting. It was practically a full audit of all my abilities—
even listing out my three bloodlines.
Grant power to my followers, let them train, and when they die the strength they cultivated cycles back into me—an army of proxies grinding levels on my behalf.
Being a god… turns out it's kind of delightful.
In Dragon Ball, even Beerus has to train.
The only ones who basically don't are beings like Zeno and the Grand Priest.
So, me…
Leon Ragnell thought for a moment. He lifted his hand, nicked a finger, and a drop of blood welled up at his fingertip. "I grant you the Saiyan bloodline."
The drop sank into Diro's brow.
Diro's body began to tremble violently. His once-pointed ears rounded toward human-normal—but then a tail sprouted from behind. His Battle Power surged.
"I grant you: Ki."
Leon raised his palm again.
Diro immediately felt something indescribable flowing through his body.
He sensed it—a current within him, faint but cultivable.
For Leon, the feeling was… novel.
He now completely held Diro.
If he wished, he could withdraw the power in Diro's body at any time.
The strength Diro worked himself to the bone to build—Leon could seize it in an instant and claim it as his own.
Believe in me or not—irrelevant.
The moment you use my power, you'll spend a lifetime repaying it.
This was different from Dormammu.
The Ancient One borrowed Dormammu's power, but her own might was vast enough to suppress it; Dormammu couldn't take it back. He could only wait for the Ancient One to die, and that huge reservoir of magic would naturally return to him.
Leon's case was different.
He could take it back anytime—draining the ki from your body while he was at it.
Unless you never trained in ki.
Ki doesn't exist in the Marvel universe. Leon brought it here.
Only with his seed of ki can you cultivate.
There's no way around it, no "borrow and never repay."
Of course, if your body carries other power, Leon can't seize those other sources.
"Thank you, Lord God!"
Diro prostrated himself at once, eyes brimming with gratitude. In an instant his physique had improved tenfold—maybe more—and it felt… comfortable. Leon hadn't asked for lifespan or any grim exchange.
"May I know your divine title, Lord?" Diro asked respectfully.
Leon answered unhurriedly: "I am the Super Saiyan God. You are all my subjects. From this day, Planet Pura is renamed Planet Vegeta, and your people—the Saiyan race."
Diro bowed deeply. "We are honored to serve the Super Saiyan God. We accept the name Planet Vegeta, and the name Saiyan for our people!"
Leon was very satisfied.
He began bringing the people of Planet Pura forward one after another…
…and conferred his bloodline upon them.
Before long—at the thousandth—Leon's brow creased.
The divinity told him: limit reached…
For now, he could only convert one thousand.
Any more wouldn't take.
"You're not devout enough," Leon said to the man before him, shaking his head and tossing a convenient falsehood. "Stand down."
The man went pale with terror, but Diro snapped, "Seize him—execute the wretch! To slight the Lord God is a capital crime!"
Leon blinked.
"Wait."
The guards released the man, who collapsed in pleas.
"King Vegeta," Leon said to Diro, "give him a chance. Let him remain and reflect. I love all people; grant him an opportunity to repent."
"Hmph. You live today by the Lord God's mercy," Diro declared.
"That's all for today."
Leon drew a long breath and spoke evenly, "Next, I'll teach you how to use ki—your training method and a variety of techniques. The outstanding will become the God's Protectors."
"Thank you, Lord God!" Diro said at once.
Leon nodded.
Granting ki and bloodline didn't reduce his Battle Power.
Bloodline? He still had Majin Buu cells—practically infinitely regenerative—so no fear there.
Ki was only a seed. He'd lose a little Battle Power.
At his current growth rate—around a thousand a day—he'd make it up in a few days.
The main thing was to pass on training methods.
He didn't have Ultra Instinct.
But he did know the Turtle School and Crane School. Since Goku trained under Kami, Leon also knew the Kami Style regimen.
And in the Dragon Ball world, he'd been analyzing Kaio-ken nonstop.
He could extrapolate the King Kai school from there.
Give them paths to train, raise their power, and when he needed it he'd draw from them. If they died, their strength would naturally return to him.
Perfect.
The people of Planet Pura—an obscure world—
received from their god a new name and new power, enough to make them famous in the Marvel cosmos. In return, when they die, the strength they cultivated flows back to him.
What a merciful god I am.
