The next day.
When the three of them woke up from their sleep, it was already noon.
Looking at the two people still sleeping beside him, Lucian instinctively smiled, showing a little bit of a warm attitude.
[Not Pregnant]
The Gift of the Breeder clearly showed the information of the two people, just like Lucian thought. The Gift of the Breeder's The Gift of Birth wouldn't make Lucian's wife more likely to get pregnant. If he wanted more kids, he would have to keep working on it.
If you count it up, besides the two kids who were already born, Margarethe and Sam, if Margarethe and Grace get pregnant this time, his kids would be four in total.
And the next ability of The Gift of the Breeder would activate when he had five kids, so he just needed one more.
Whether it was The Gift of Birth, Blood Feedback, or even the Blood Link, which wasn't used very often, all of them were extremely useful and powerful abilities for Lucian.
They could greatly improve his training. So, no matter what the new talent would be when he had five kids, it would definitely be something super strong.
And not just that. Margarethe was an elf, and the leader of the Zelle tribe. Her talent and looks were really good. The kids born from her would give back a lot of power, and it should be really strong too.
Thinking about this, the smile on Lucian's face got even bigger.
Since he had The Gift of the Breeder, not only was The Knight's Soul fixed, but his life was also getting more hopeful every day. He could always look forward to something new each day.
"Mr. Lucian, what's wrong? Why are you so happy?"
Maybe because of Lucian's actions, Margarethe, who was still asleep, woke up. She turned her head and looked at the man who had been working on her the night before, and asked, a little embarrassed.
Lucian saw this, and pulled Margarethe into his arms. "I was thinking about when to move to Ironforge. We need to clean up everything here."
The Gift of the Breeder was the foundation of Lucian's survival and power. This was a secret that could only stay in his heart, and he couldn't tell anyone, not even Margarethe.
It's not about trust. Things stay secret when they're kept quiet. Even if Margarethe herself didn't have any bad feelings toward Lucian, and was willing to keep it a secret, there are too many weird and strange abilities in this world.
The fewer people who know, the safer it is.
Lucian didn't want one day to have everything go wrong, and end up being attacked by the whole empire, maybe even the whole continent, and studied like some kind of experiment.
So, he changed the subject. Moving was something he was thinking about anyway.
After Michael was destroyed, Lucian also reported what the Brown family had been doing to the empire. The empire took it seriously. In a few months, they not only figured out everything the Brown family had done, but also cleaned up all the remaining members of the family. That saved Lucian the trouble of dealing with the mess himself.
He didn't want to end up with a Brown family member escaping and coming back for revenge later.
Because of that, after he got his title, he took over the Brown family's land. Compared to the Harrow estate, the location of Ironforge, which belonged to the Brown family, was definitely better. Plus, he had also received a job to investigate the Mana Blocker thing. So, he definitely had to go to Ironforge.
"Maybe later." Margarethe thought for a second and said. "Grace's youngest son just had a baby, right? Taking a baby who's only a few months old on a trip is going to be a bit of a hassle, don't you think?"
Lucian nodded a little, then said with a bit of a tease, "Grace, when did you two become so close?"
Margarethe turned a little red. Lucian was asking a question he already knew the answer to.
Even though she was a little older than Grace, Margarethe was an elf, and when you counted the years, she wasn't that much older. Plus, Grace was Lucian's first wife, so that's why Margarethe called her "sister."
At that moment, Grace also woke up from her sleep. Margarethe was a Rogue, a supernatural class, so she recovered quickly after the night before. But Margarethe was just a normal person, and she couldn't take that much.
So even though she slept until noon, Grace still looked a bit tired.
"Mr. Lucian, you were really good last night." she said with a little look of annoyance, as if she was scolding him, but her eyes were full of love. "Margarethe was a first-timer, you know. What if she couldn't take it anymore?"
Lucian smiled. "Supernaturals have stronger bodies than you think."
"And." he paused, then smiled a little again, "why did you, as the older sister, beg for mercy first? You should've taught your little sister a lesson, right?"
"Looks like now is a perfect time to teach them a lesson."
Lucian suddenly lunged at the two of them, and for a moment, the bedroom was once again filled with heat and tension.
[ Pregnant ][ Pregnant ]
A few months later.
Seeing the tags popping up on Margarethe and Grace's heads, Lucian's face showed a little bit of happiness.
That's how it should be. It wasn't like he had been working hard day and night, doing all that farming, and even a little bit of wild behavior.
It was worth mentioning that maybe because of her body type, even though most of the time he was with Margarethe, she got pregnant much later than Grace.
Seeing that both of his beautiful wives were pregnant, Lucian didn't bother them anymore. He just pulled them close and asked, "Did you two finish packing everything?"
Grace nodded. She knew that Margarethe had nothing but the elves from the Zelle tribe, so that was all she could take. But Grace had a lot of connections in Frostspire City, and still needed to handle some things.
She nodded and said to Lucian, "Everything that needed to be arranged is done. If you're ready, we can leave anytime."
Looking at the two beautiful women beside him, Lucian nodded slightly and said nothing else. He just told the servants to start getting ready to go to Ironforge.
Grace and Margarethe were just pregnant, and Sam was almost one year old. With Warrior talent, his body was already stronger than an ordinary baby. This was the perfect time to move.
If they waited any longer, once Margarethe and Grace's bellies got too big, Margarethe, as a supernatural, would still be affected, and Grace, a normal human, would be in even worse shape.
Moving took dozens of days to finish.
Even though the things weren't that many, sorting out everything for the servants and the elves took a lot of effort. Plus, Frostspire City and Ironforge weren't that close, so it took a while.
But the result was good. Standing on the streets of Ironforge, looking at the big estate that used to belong to the Brown family and now belonged to the Harrow family, Lucian's lips curled into a small smile.
Now came the next step: slowly building things up, continuing to marry and have kids, breaking through his knight talent, and becoming stronger and stronger bit by bit.
Thinking about this, Lucian's eyes softened when he looked at his little son and daughter. They weren't strong now, but once they grew up, their power could become his own.
Then, Lucian turned his gaze to Margarethe.
She was an elf. Her child with Lucian would be a half-elf, combining the best of both races. But who knew, once the kid was born, would it give Lucian something special?
Like the long life of elves?
On the Aerilane continent, supernaturals did live longer, but not by much. A normal human could live up to three or four hundred years, but that was just a tenth of an elf's lifespan.
If he could get that trait back!
Lucian thought, and a small smile appeared on his lips. Just then, a calm voice spoke up.
"Mr. Lucian, my master is asking for you. He hopes you and your family can come to the governor's mansion tonight at ten o'clock for a small gathering."
