Shigure's pov
I looked at the blinding lights upon my eyes, raising an arm to shield myself from the rays. I try to step out but I get rebound hard and get set into a wall, definitely cracking a bone. I groaned, but pain feels... Less than usual for some reason. "You're not yet worthy to leave this domain." A voice said. My eyes widen and grip my sword tighter whilst flailing my head around left and right. "What the... Who are you?" I demanded an answer. And definitely got one. "None of your fucking business, duh." The voice spat out before dissapering and ignoring me. "Oh piss off." I said before moving into the dark tunnels "AND I CAN'T SEE SHIT!" I screamed in frustration as i banged my head into the wall. I expected pain, but felt nothing. I raised my hand and looked at it. "Somethings up with me."
I put aside the strange resistance to pain and moved on. "I need a way to get outta here anyway." I snarled as i moved slowly through the domain, tracing my hand against the right wall. My entire body tenses up, senses flaring and hightend. I immediately ducked as claws of a tiger like monster swiped at where my head used to be. I jumped away to get distance from it. 'half a second late i would've been toast.' i glared at the monster that lunged at me again, i raise my sword up and block it's attack. I growls at me hard as i staggered back from the attack... "Shit, its strong. Its either perfect parries or else I'll probably be food." I shook the fear away and charged at it.
"Go to hell, tell em Shigure sent ya!" It swiped it's paw, wich i predicted and slid down raising my sword above and slicing it's belly open. I stood victorious over its body. "How did i even predict that? I only saw it once..." I looked at it before turning my head to the rusted beat up sword im holding. "Well... As much as I am disgusted, its time for food." I sit by the fallen giant leopards corpse, cutting it up before opening a small flame beneath a pile of rocks i piled as a makeshift base "this'll do it for now." I stared at the meat as i cooked it and digging in it. "Disgusting... But im not planning to go hungry." I say to myself as i held back vomit.
After a long while i throw the sword away that broke on its own, somehow. "Looks like I'll have to fist em." I mutterd whilst smirking, but then dropping as i realized at how bad it sounded "I meant I'll kill them with my hands!" I attempt at the cool line again awkwardly before getting up and stomping the flame out.
'i thankfully can Sense danger from like.. over five meters now, wich is great. Means I won't be cucked over.' i pondered at my surviving skills as i spotted a killer bear roaming inside the domain. "Prey found." I clenched my fist as i prepared for combat.
I locked eyes with the best, raising my left arm over my face. My fingers coiled ready to strike, i charged at the beast with immense speed but it managed to sense it and swatted me away predictively. Pain exploded in my back as i felt a bone break in my back. "Motherfucker... They're smarter than i thought." I spat out blood as I stared the bear down. 'hmm.. I see many holes in its defense, i should take advantage of that.' i thought as i got into a stance i just made up to counter the bear. I provoked it by screaming and it came charging at me. It put out a paw ready to claw me away, but i deflect it by tapping it and getting to its side elbowing it will great force. "HAHA!" I laughed in triumph.
The bear staggered to the ground as it tried to run away, but I was faster and caught up. Dishing out many blows to its head and finally killing it. "Now that I think about it.... I don't remember fighting so good..." I glanced at the bracelets but turned away to the dead bear now lying on the ground, wich is a lifeless corpse. "Food is sorted out for now." I said whilst grinning, before sitting down and resting on the bear. Managing to sleep after a long time.
