Synopsis
Warriors usually fall into three categories. The glory-seekers, the power-hungry, and the so-called heroes who die for a belief. But there’s a fourth kind, Skyre. They exist in a realm of their own. Glory, power, conviction—it’s all white noise to them. They fight simply to grow. For the fun of it. For the thrill of eternal progression. They don't care about kingdoms falling or statues built in their honor. To them, the battlefield isn't a tragedy—it's a playground, a crucible where they can push their limits until the world itself breaks. They break themselves just to see if they can grow back stronger. I see that same terrifying hunger in your eyes. I think you might be one of those monsters, Skyre. Am I right?" - Chapter 908

Chapter 1 - Prolouge

Drip! Drip! Drip!

Gentle rain pours from the sky. The sky was dark and gloomy. Thunder's roar echoed throughout the dark forest. The unnamed island hovers above the stormy sea.

Suddenly, a small moving shadow ran outside the forest. His sharp features and childish face could be seen from a distance. He is wearing torn-out clothes with brushes all over his body. The little boy ran with excitement toward the stormy sea with an unnatural glitter in his eyes.

He reached the shore.

"I SURVIVED, MOTHER," the boy shouted as loudly as he could with all his remaining power. His weak and fragile body withstands it somehow. He was sweating and exhausted his stamina.

He shouted again in a weak voice,

"I su..vived, fath..er.". He lost his consciousness. Years of malnutrition and neglect make him sick.

…..

Skyre woke up in the morning. Fortunately, the sky was clear, and the sun shone like a dazzling gem in the sky.

I passed out with excitement. How foolish of me. Skyre soon started to look around for something.

"Thank god, my raft is safe, He soon checked the condition of the handmade small raft. Well, I think today I can escape from this cursed island.

He smiled softly, thrilled by the unparalleled journey he would embark on.
