Kaien shouted, suddenly opening his eyes and sitting up, only to find the surroundings completely unfamiliar.
However, judging by the smell, he quickly realized he was in a hospital.
"Sister-in-law… you're really worried about Hinata, aren't you?"
Sakura walked in from outside, teasing Kaien as she spoke.

"When you were unconscious just now, you kept calling 'sister-in-law' in your sleep." Sakura held a stethoscope and bent down to check Kaien's condition.

"Nonsense! Who's tempting you? Let go of me." Sakura scolded him softly.
Kaien didn't listen. He held her even tighter, his hand sliding down her uniform and into her skirt, caressing her smooth, delicate skin.
"Hey—don't touch me there! Be careful, someone might see us." Sakura pushed him lightly, her face growing even redder.
"Hehe. Sister Sakura, you don't usually wear such loose clothes. Just now, I could clearly see the scenery inside your collar. And you still say you weren't tempting me?" Kaien chuckled, his hands growing even bolder.
"Hmph! Let go already. What if someone comes in? This is a hospital." Sakura whispered again, embarrassed.
Although she was pushing him, she wasn't using much strength. If she truly wanted to, she could have easily shoved him away.
"Sister Sakura, you smell so good." Kaien inhaled deeply, feeling intoxicated. The exhaustion in his body seemed to vanish, replaced by surging energy.
"If you don't let go, I'll hit you!" Sakura threatened.
"Hit me if you want. I'm not letting go. I just want to hug Sister Sakura like this," Kaien said shamelessly, acting spoiled.
Seeing his brazen behavior, Sakura felt both angry and helpless. In the end, she still yielded, allowing his mischievous hands to continue taking advantage.

"Sister Sakura…" Kaien looked at her with a wronged expression.

"This is our limit," she said softly, a trace of bitterness in her voice. "I can't do anything more to betray Sasuke."
She loved Sasuke.
If he hadn't ignored her for so many years, if he hadn't wronged her first—and if Kaien hadn't taken advantage of the opportunity to satisfy both her body and soul—she would never have been this intimate with Kaien.
But now, this was her limit.
Going any further would mean completely betraying Sasuke.

"Sister Sakura, you won't escape me. One day, I'll make you willingly let me devour you."
Hearing his blunt words, Sakura's heart skipped a beat. Her face turned crimson as she lightly slapped his chest.
"Pah, shameless."
At that moment, an image of Kaien pressing her down flashed through her mind.
"Hehe!" Kaien laughed, holding Sakura close as he lay back on the bed, continuing their intimate entanglement.
"No—don't take off my clothes," Sakura whispered urgently. "If someone comes in later, I won't have time to put them back on."
