Amelia made two ice shards 2 feet long sharp and pointed from one side. She was seeing him fighting and wanted to help. She was already injured so couldn't fight herself but using her ability was what she could do and that's exactly what she did. She made two shard pointed towards the end and threw them towards him

She looked at him while throwing. When he heard her shout. He looked towards her, shocked a bit, caught the shared but by his expression he looked more frustrating. She kept her focus on him but he was not looking at her, he was looking behind her. Following his eyes, she looked at her back and a screamed came out of her mouth. She started panicking. She looked back at the him urging him to do something but he already had turned to his previous fight. She made two more ice shard of smaller length and pointed end, holding in both of her hands and ran around the 1st spider getting behind it . Adam was already charging again towards the spider. All this time fighting the spider was enough for him to note the attacks patterns. He was an aggressor ability user and currently in hyper focused state. Noticing pattern was not easy but he had done it but still could not keep up with speed. His physical body was not able to keep up with his thoughts and plan of action his mind was making. His mind was signaling the body to do something but the movement speed and reflexes could not keep up. His actions were delayed, exactly what causing him injuries, still avoiding the fatal attack he moved forward. This time the spider was ready, it was not gonna let him attack on the eyes again. It's point teeths were out and prepaired for catching it's prey but the prey didn't jump instead Adam slide underneath and attacked on the two joints of the legs that were bothering him the most meanwhile two more eye were lost by another attack that was not done by Adam. It was the girl. She inserted the pointy side of shard inside the two eyes and pushed them towards the other two taking 4 eyes out at once but staying for too much time on the spider gave it time to release a web attack from between it's teeth. Amelia couldn't avoid the attack. She took it head on. The web threads released from the mouth of the spider in a form of jet spray with a lot of pressure pushing Amelia so far back that she struck a tree with a web threads around her and the tree. She cut the thread with the ice shard still in her hand and fell to the ground groaning in pain she tried to get up but she couldn't, instead she screamed in pain, her eyes got watery and tears started coming out. She knew all about the spider, she knew that their eye sight was not good that's why she got behind getting a free chance to attack and still couldn't completely take all the eyes, on the other hand, the boy in front of him that knew nothing of the specie had taken four of his legs by now he didn't miss the chance when the spider was attacking her. She clearly saw him taking all four of spiders legs. She didn't even tell him about this weakness. He figured it out amid fight and took full advantage of it. The spider fell in front as it couldn't balance it's weight on rear legs. It fell on the opposite side. She saw him standing above the spider with the smile she had not seen before, something not good with the smile that made her back freeze, it was as if he was gonna enjoy killing it but he couldn't. Just as he took the remaining eyes away by inserting the 2 feet long shard inside the remaining two eyes. The other spider was upon him. The other spider followed Amelia tactics of coming behind it's pray and then attack directly by it's teeth. Amelia shouted to warn because she knew that if he got caught in the teeth, it would be the end for him. The liquid pouring from the teeth was much more effective than anything tranquillizer. The only time spider attacked someone like this was when it's sure that the attack won't miss. Because just behind the teeth was a small portion of brain fully protected by it's teeth, hence using it's teeth to attack poses a much greater risk. So when she saw the 2nd spider attacking with it's teeth, she shouted but she knew that her timing was off. She was late. She saw through her already crying eyes, spider's teeth attacking the shoulders of the boy who was looking at the first spider for a finishing blow. Just as the teeth reached for the shoulders the boy ducked downwards and struck the ice shard from below towards upward direction. The pointed side of the shard came out of the brain. Adam pulled out the shard from the 2nd spider's body. It died at the spot. Adam fell something changed in his body

He looked at the girl, their eyes met. Tears were coming out of her eyes. Were they tears of sorrow or joy he couldn't figure out. He looked at the spider again and then at the girl.
" The spider was more of her enemy so it should be her "
He though, jumping on the ground. He started walking towards her. He got to her
" You alright. Come on, you get to kill this one "
He bought his hand in front of her. Reaching for his hand she groaned in pain
" But why, i am not the one who defeated it "
He nodded
" Yup, i know, but you get to kill it, firstly, it's your enemy that has taken you captive and hunted you down so surely you get to give it payback and 2ndly you are injured so killing it will recover your injuries "
She looked at him confusingly
" What are you talking about, there's no way my injuries would heal by killing it "
