Chapter 32: The Wolf Unleashed
DRAVEN
The taste of her metallic blood flowing down my throat felt so fucking good. Better than anything I'd tasted in years. I held her tight against my chest, sucking deep and hard, my fangs buried in that soft spot on her neck where I could feel her pulse racing.
The painful sounds she made—those helpless whimpers, those broken gasps—sent even more thrill through me. Each sound made me want to drink deeper, harder, until there was nothing left.
It was hard to stop. Almost impossible.
Her blood tasted different from anyone else's. Sweeter. More potent. Like it was made specifically for me to drink. My vampire side was drowning in satisfaction, demanding more, always more.
But suddenly, something shifted.
My claws turned animalistic. Sharper. Longer. My hands started sprouting thick black fur that spread up my arms. My fangs shifted into something different—longer, sharper, more wolf than vampire.
